Shopify · WooCommerce · BigCommerceGive each support session a clear starting point. Use conversation status and ownership to decide what needs an answer, then leave enough context for the next person—or your next check-in.
Review open conversations and assign an owner when someone else is helping. Add tags to group questions such as delivery or returns.
Read the conversation and any synced recent orders beside it. Start recurring answers with a saved reply, then check and adapt it before sending.
Close resolved conversations. Leave an internal note when work remains, or snooze a conversation you will revisit. Review snoozed work when you return.

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce to sync customer and order records. The Inbox shows matched recent orders with their order number, status, and total when available. This is synced context: it depends on an authorized connection, a successful sync, and matching customer details. It is not a promise of complete order history or live inventory. Email and Messenger work without a store connection.
